How to find us
By car: From Liege and Brussels: E40 > E314 exit ‘Gasthuisberg’.
You may find a free parking space at parking ’De Villa’; (follow ‘cyan’ directions below); alternatively you can park in the hospital parking (follow ‘bordeaux’ directions from the hospital entrance below) (http://www.uzleuven.be/nl/parkeertarieven-campus-gasthuisberg)
By public transportation: The international airport of Brussels (BRU) is located between Brussels and Leuven, and Leuven is very easily accessible by train (multiple direct trains/ hour, about €5 one-way). Schedules and on-line tickets at http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/ (use ‘BRU-luchth’ and ’Leuven’ in your search).
Frequent busses from the railway station in Leuven leave for ’Gasthuisberg’. Schedules at http://www.delijn.be/. All busses leaving from bus-platform 5 will take you to the medical school at Gasthuisberg.
At Gasthuisberg: The lab is located at the K.U.Leuven campus Gasthuisberg, building O&N3, 2nd floor.
Bordeaux: From the main hospital entrance, follow the ‘bordeaux’ arrows until you hit the elevators in building CDG. Take the elevators to the 4th floor, turn right and exit the building. The building in front of you is O&N3.
Cyan: From Parking ’De Villa’, follow arrows to ’Onderwijs en Navorsing I&II’. Pass under O&N2, and enter O&N1. Walk past the student resteaurant ’Alma’, and pass a blue statue on your left. Leave the building and the building in front of you is O&N3.
